FTF Live uses them for exactly three jobs: keeping your guest session coherent during a call, remembering small preferences, and counting page reads anonymously. Nothing beyond those three.
The strictly necessary ones carry your session through a conversation — switch those off and the service cannot function at all. Preference cookies spare you from setting the same thing twice. Analytics cookies count visits in aggregate and stay anonymous; they show us which pages deserve more work and tell us nothing about who you are.
Buying coins runs through an external payment processor, which may set its own cookies to operate the checkout and prevent fraud. Those are governed by the processor's own policy, and the card details they guard never touch FTF Live.
Any modern browser can refuse or delete cookies from its privacy settings. Refusing the strictly necessary kind stops calls and sign-in from working entirely; refusing the rest merely costs you a few remembered preferences. Deleting cookies also erases your guest session — and occasionally, a clean slate is exactly what you were after.
